Arlington, Virginia, will soon add 128 new affordable housing units that will include childcare and other services on a former Goodwill donation center and retail outlet.

Like any other successful affordable housing project, the effort is possible because of a partnership. In this case, it is between Goodwill of Greater Washington and Affordable Homes & Communities. Read more here.
