The Oklahoman has reported that the 32-acre site in NW Oklahoma City that once housed an iconic egg-shaped church will be redeveloped into 129 residential lots. Located between two of the city’s seven historic preservation districts, developer Ron Bradshaw will surely be working on design elements under the watchful eyes of the neighbors.
Bradshaw is a perfect fit and has proven his skills with developments such as the transformation of the Page Woodson school site in NE Oklahoma City. That development included space for affordable units, and I hope this new project will also keep affordability in mind.
